  Bb Soprano Clarinet

Bb Soprano Clarinet

The soprano clarinets are a sub-family of the clarinet family. They include the most common types of clarinets, and indeed are often referred to as simply "clarinets".The Bb soprano clarinet is the most commonly used clarinet, and is the one you will see being played in bands, orchestras and other ensembles. It is the only kinds we sell on our web site, so all of the pictures you see there are Bb clarinets.
  C Key Clarinets

C Key Clarinets

C clarinet in the key of "C" plays like a little Bb clarinet and not another shrill cousin in the clarinet family.Rare because its timbre is considered too bright.
  Eb Key Clarinets

Eb Key Clarinets

The low Eb key is found on all low clarinets to extend the typical soprano range downward by a semitone.Characteristic timbre, used in concert band repertoire because its tonality is considered "compatible" with other instruments, especially those in B.
  G Key Clarinets

G Key Clarinets

The clarinet in G is suitable for klezmer music and Eastern European, Greek or Turkish folk music.
It has a conventional clarinet shape (straight body, straight barrel and conventional bell) and a generically French-type bore.
  Germany Clarinets

Germany Clarinets

German Style Clarinet,Bb Key,Bakelite Body,Durable Nickel Plated Keys. It's well popular with broader range and man-like tamber.
  Wood Clarinets

Wood Clarinets

Wood Clarinets are preferred because of their tone quality. A wood clarinet is considered a step-up from the plastic or composition used for beginners.
  Alto Clarinets

Alto Clarinets

The alto clarinet is a wind instrument of the clarinet family. It is a transposing instrument pitched in the key of Eb, though instruments in F (and in the 19th century, E) have been made. It is sometimes known as a tenor clarinet; this name especially is applied to the instrument in F.
  Bass Clarinets

Bass Clarinets

The bass clarinet is a musical instrument of the clarinet family. Like the more common soprano Bb clarinet, it is usually pitched in Bb (meaning it is a transposing instrument on which a written C sounds as Bb), but it plays notes an octave below the soprano Bb clarinet.[1] Bass clarinets in other keys, notably C and A, also exist, but are very rare. Bass clarinets regularly perform in symphony orchestras, wind ensembles, occasionally in marching bands, and play an occasional solo role in contemporary music and jazz in particular.
  Automatic Oboes

Semi-Automatic Oboe/Full Automatic Oboes

The Automatic Oboe has two siblings,Semi-Automatic Oboe and Full Automatic Oboes. The oboe is a double reed musical instrument of the woodwind family. In English, prior to 1770, the instrument was called "hautbois", "hoboy", or "French hoboy".[1] The spelling "oboe" was adopted into English ca. 1770 from the Italian oboè, a transliteration in that language's orthography of the 17th-century pronunciation of the French word hautbois, a compound word made of haut ("high, loud") and bois ("wood, woodwind"). A musician who plays the oboe is called an oboist.
  Junior Clarinets

Junior Clarinets

The Junior Clarinets Specially designed for those who are too small to play a standard Bb clarinet. It has the advantage that not only is it smaller, It has a simplyfied key system as well so that a youngster can not only get there head round the clarinet but there fingers as well. The Keys I must point out are all there, same as a standard Bb. It is just a bit smaller. Do not worry that it is in Eb. That is not a problem. As a matter of fact an Alto sax is in Eb so when the student has grown a bit more they will be able to play an Alto sax, if they want to. Suitable for junior school age.Comes with mouthpiece, Lig , and cap, polishing cloth and a stylish hard case which can also be used as a back pack.
  Bassoon

Bassoon

The bassoon is a woodwind instrument in the double reed family that typically plays music written in the bass and tenor registers, and occasionally higher. Appearing in its modern form in the 19th century, the bassoon figures prominently in orchestral, concert band, and chamber music literature. The bassoon is a non-transposing instrument known for its distinctive tone color, wide range, variety of character, and agility. Listeners often compare its warm, dark, reedy timbre to that of a male baritone voice.
  English Horn

English Horn

The English horn is the direct descendent of the oboe da caccia, which was used through out the Baroque period. There is some debate on the name English horn, because the instrument is neither English nor does it look anything like a horn. The English horn, or the oboe da caccia, was often used in Baroque music, but was not used very much from Haydn's time to Wagner's era.
